Even through these challenging times, ACI continues to encourage shared ethos among our team while keeping everyone energized and connected with a monthly after-hours virtual happy hour and cooking demo!

Each month, ACI delights the team with a hands-on cooking demo led by Chef Rachele Shafai to stay social, keep remote staff engaged, and keep the company culture alive. Chef Rachele has virtually demonstrated Aloha Ono Spam, Italian Caprese Balsamic Chicken, and a Poke Bowl edition. Chef Rachele is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and has worked alongside pioneering chefs, sommeliers, restaurant owners, and trained at a two Michelin star restaurant. The ACI team is looking forward to next month’s cuisine edition.

This is one of the ways ACI keeps in touch with our diverse demographics and COVID-19 stay at home challenges – and we are becoming better cooks and mixologists as we bond together and chat to help fill the void during this stressful time. Team member participation is voluntary and everyone is encouraged to bring their families and significant others to join in the demo and virtually hang out for a sense of togetherness and camaraderie.
